About the event
On Saturday 24th August 2019, the 'Ramble for Refreshment' will take place as an opportunity to promote unity, improve fitness through walking and help raise money for Refreshment UK.
Walking is an excellent activity to help relieve stress, along with promoting a greater sense of well-being and the advantage of doing it together helps build community.
In Hinckley, join Rachel Cobb and team as they walk a route around nine of the churches in the town. The walk should take approximately 3 hours to complete and the route is 4.8 miles.
You can be sponsored to take part in this walk and help raise money for Refreshment UK. Alternatively, you can register to complete the walk, which is £10 for adults and £5 for children. Each participant will receive an event T-Shirt and an application pack.
