A nice morning run in Lytham

Another nice morning parkrun, this time at Lytham Hall parkrun - well marshalled with lots of encouragement and a great atmosphere.

Had Laura and Alfie, who is staying at the Refresh Centre, there for support.

A bit heavy underfoot, but a PB for Lytham and 23rd place - all helps to keep on persevering and managing CKD.
