A wet run at Stanley Park

A wet and slippy course at Stanley Park so a cautious Parkrun this morning but it stayed dry for the actual run and was fairly enjoyable to get back to it after a couple of weeks off.

21st place with a PB for the Blackpool Parkrun which is encouraging considering the conditions and running tentatively.
