Back out at Stanley Park

Was great to get out and run at Stanley Park this morning and share In a minute’s silence with the other runners at Blackpool Park Run.

This was followed by a moving prayer time at the top of Blackpool Tower, at the same time as King Charles III was proclaimed, we were also remembering our King of Kings.

Was also able to wear my new running shirt with a reminder from Romans 5 written on. There were plenty of chalk reminders on route too, written by the volunteers (including someone writing John 3:16)

A good running time as well - encouraged by my number one supporter Laura - a new Stanley Park PB time 24 m 31 and a 34th place finish.
