First Time Run at Lytham

Was great to join the Lytham Hall Parkrun this morning and run around the grounds in this beautiful location.
A new Parkrun PB of 23 m 56 and 34th place (out of 175) - good progress being made just three weeks ahead of my next visit to Blackpool Victoria for a kidney review.
